Reduce Reuse Recycle

This week we used the milk bottles that families have kindly been collecting for us. With collaboration with the children we came up with a very innovative way of storing hats. This project not only teaches our children about recycling but also about resourcefulness.

From little things Big things grow

This week the children from the Wattle Room planted some seeds in preparation of our new kitchen gardens. Seeds planted this week are  coriander,  parsley,  peas and  shallots. We aim to use all our produce from our Kitchen Garden in our centre kitchen and served with some delicious meals for the children!

Meet Henrietta

Henrietta is a our newest member to the Wintergrove family, she has been having a fabulous time in the newly made chicken coop. Thank you to all the families who attended our working bee over the weekend, the children have been enjoying the improved outdoor spaces and we owe it all to our wonderful families here at Wintergrove!

Room Tours

Educators Penny and Faiyaz from  the Koala Room have created some beautiful new learning experiences for children of approximately 12 months of age.  These spaces encourage the exploration of light, reflection, shape, colour and touch. If you would like to tour this beautifully space please contact reception to arrange a tour time.
